The new and improved Rover Vans Gear Box is finally here! Our boxes use Italian locking hardware for safety and security. They're built to last with all aluminum construction, tig welded sides and powder coated finish. They also include a weather seal to keep your gear clean and dry. Our boxes are made by our team in house and are designed to work with either our Tire/Ladder Carrier (replace the tire with the box) and our Accessory Racks. It's also compatible with most accessory rack systems from other manufacturers.
Improved Powder Coating Process with 10 year UV Protection guarantee. Best in the industry. Each box is metal blasted before going to a cleaning procedure and then powder-coated. This is done to ensure better adhesion and longer lasting finish. We also use some of the most expensive powder-coating chemicals that have a 10 year fade guarantee.
Box features a now standard large Tactical panel and an adjustable shelf. Note, for vertical mounting, this shelf will have to be removed. You can also add custom branding, must inquire to Rover Vans for Pricing.
Note: Gear box instructions have not been updated - our new box comes fully assembled now!
Currently the two-tone pictured box is on back order. The all black box is in Stock.
30"x24"x15". Can be mounted horizontally or vertically. All Aluminum Powder Coated Finish. Note - with the door design, items can protrude about 1" further.

We love the box and bike pillars. We installed it ourselves. The only problem was the out of date instructions. They have new products but not new instructions. As long as you are handy and stubborn it will work
This box is tough and well built. I have still to figure out the best configuration for our needs. We have a camp stove and 1 Gal Propane tank we need to fit in and with the shelf inside, it makes it a bit awkward. I may end up removing the shelf but not sure yet. Mounting was a bit tricky by myself, I'd suggest having a second person to help.
