How long does it take to process an order?
If we have the item in stock, dispatch takes place immediately after placing the order. If the product is not in stock, the lead time is approximately 7 working days.
What are the shipping costs?
Shipping is free of charge for orders placed within the European Union. Delivery costs outside the EU are set individually, depending on the place of delivery and the specifics of the order.
Do you ship internationally?

What should I do if my shipment was damaged during shipping?
If your parcel is damaged, please contact the courier company that delivered the parcel as soon as possible. In addition, we encourage you to inform us of the situation so that we can support the complaints process.

How long does delivery take?
The delivery time depends on the place of dispatch. For orders within the European Union it is usually 2-3 working days. Outside the EU, the delivery time depends on the location and is set individually.
Can I obtain a VAT invoice for my order?
