Rover Vans Accessory Rack (Ford Transit)

Our Rover Accessory Rack adds functionality and customization to the back of your adventure van! This system is designed to mount with the stock door hinges to minimize difficulty and modification required for install. This rack features a modular design with the option to remove the accessory panel for greater customization and weight savings opportunities. Our rack spans the entire width of the door to give more surface area to work with, keep weight lower, and keep the rear window free and clear. The rack also features our new handle extensions system to allow easy opening of the rear door.

If your Ford Transit has the 180-degree opening doors please let us know. Some newer Fords with 270-degree doors also have different hinges and will need brackets or M8 washers.

*Includes the tactical panel and 2 bike prongs for single bike mounting. Double bike prongs and tire mounting hardware are available, but not included. Additional gear and equipment shown in photos not included.

*Our new racks now all require to drill 2 small openings for installation. After extensive product testing for the past 3 years we found this to be the optimal method. It reduces vibration on the unit when driving and when closing the door. It also removed the possibility of the middle bracket interfering with opening and closing the doors properly.

Rack Construction Details:

2” aluminum tubing. Precision CNC bends, laser cuts and tig welded frame.

4mm aluminum tactical panel with laser cut pattern for mounting.

Steel powder-coated brackets that fit over the hinges. (Rack does not hang on the door)

*We recommend no more than 100lbs including the tactical panel.
